Our Staff of Engineers at AC Foundry will work with you step by step to assure the manufacturabilty of the design and develop processes capable of meeting your requirements  
For the process of building tooling we work with your design engineer. The process starts with transforming your part model into our software. The design is reviewed and tested to insure a quality mold.  
 

AC Foundry has a fully automated system that produces cores with exceptional finish, precision tolerances and intricate geometries that are easy to remove during core knock out.
