AC Foundry, Inc.'s sand casting operation utilizes the "Green Sand Process" and "Automatic Matchplate" molding. Unlike many foundries, we use "Olivine" sand to provide better dimensional stability and a better cast finish.

Equipped with two Roberts Sinto automatic molding machines, AC Foundry, Inc. is capable of short run orders as well as orders of up to 250,000 pieces. When it comes to tooling, these machines are versatile and capable of using cast iron, aluminum, wood, and/or urethane tools.
